Parametic Technology Corporation's Windchill content and process management application is used by eServ to manage project files. While the program is user friendly, there are security controls in-place to manage who can access content within a particular project. Once approved, all a user has to do is check out a file (which lets other know that someone is editing the file), use the file, and then upload it back into Windchill when they are finished. This allows everyone worldwide to effectively collaborate and ensure that they are accessing the most up-to-date information. We also use Windchill applications to keep track of project status and whether projects are within the allotted budget.
